Apparently, Michael Jordan’s acceptance speech was pretty awful, and I think it points to the fact that he’s not a very nice guy. That said, this remains one of my favorite sports-related commercials:

Jordan’s speech was “The Office” awkward… jeeze. But I do appreciate Jordan’s level of honesty.

It’s a shame he’s still got so many grudges. Hopefully it won’t tarnish his image. I was never a big basketball fan, but I recall many incredible playoff moments for Jordan. In his prime there was no denying his greatness as the best player of all time.
