I&#039;m not saying that he&#039;s filling the void left by Grand Puba, mind... but I expected much, much worse.

That said, this is the Republican problem in a nutshell. I&#039;m watching an amusing (if overly earnest) rap video complaining about the treasury, Congress, Truthers, and Pelosi... then devotes a verse to Social Conservativism. My &quot;this is a surprisingly not unpleasant surprise&quot; turned into &quot;oh this again&quot;. The conservatives turn on a dime from &quot;hands off&quot; to &quot;hands on!&quot; Complaining about social engineering on the part of the progressives, then start explaining how, no, we have to socially engineer like *THIS*.

But, for the record, I did laugh at the rhyming of &quot;kill a baby&quot; and &quot;prayer in the navy&quot;.</description>
