Hooray for Hops

Add this to the list of studies showing that beer, in moderation, is good for your health.  That, in and of itself, is unremarkable.  What is remarkable, however, is that we finally have undeniable scientific proof that hoppier beers really are better.

Based on what was written in that article, it seems to me that perhaps instead of beer, you should eat barley instead. That way you get plenty of fiber along with the silicon, and you don’t have to worry about the hangover the next day…

As someone who believes firmly that one should be very rarely drunk, but never fully sober, this is good news all around.
